Clients may book services via contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. All communication is handled directly and securely.
Payment Terms
Payments are to be made by bank transfer (Überweisung) after receiving an invoice. Other payment methods may be offered upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Currently, no fixed cancellation policy applies. However, we kindly ask for timely communication in the event of changes or cancellations.

Services are primarily offered in Australia and Germany. International requests may be accepted upon inquiry and availability.
